About Nicole

Nicole Sawchuk grew up in Prince Albert and studied at the University of Saskatchewan, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 1998 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2001. She also attended the Program of Legal Studies for Native People through the Native Law Centre before starting law school. Nicole was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2002 and has practised in Prince Albert ever since, appearing before the Provincial Court, the Court of King's Bench, and the Court of Appeal. She worked at a large firm and then a mid-sized firm before opening her own office to work more closely with clients and staff. Her practice covers family law, municipal law, real estate, wills and estates, and civil litigation, and she's a certified mediator and arbitrator recognized under The King's Bench Act. Nicole has volunteered with the Law Society of Saskatchewan as a seminar facilitator for more than 15 years and serves on the boards of the Prince Albert Volleyball Association and the Prince Albert Food Bank.
