About Natalie

Natalie Stewart is a corporate, commercial, and real estate lawyer who advises clients on corporate governance and organization, corporate finance, estate planning, and purchase and sale transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and commercial or residential real estate purchases. She has extensive experience drafting and reviewing contracts for provincial, national, and international businesses. Stewart earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Mount Allison University in 2010, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2014. Originally from Ferry Road, she returned to the Miramichi area to be closer to family.
