About Natale

Natale Screnci practises in civil and commercial litigation, along with real estate, employment, corporate, business, and municipal law. He co-authored a book on the liability of pre-purchase inspectors, published by Éditions Yvon Blais in 2012, and is recognized by Quebec's Ministère des Affaires municipales as an ethics and conduct advisor in municipal matters. Since 2024 he has also been accredited by the Barreau du Québec as a civil and commercial arbitrator, and he regularly comments on recent case law for Éditions Yvon Blais.
