About Narinder

Narinder Jeet Kaur Sethi founded Kaur & Co after qualifying as a lawyer in India, the UK, and Canada. She began her legal career in India, where she earned her law degree, before qualifying to practise in the UK and later in Canada. Her practice covers criminal law, immigration law, family law, and real estate law, drawing on her experience across the three jurisdictions. She works with clients on matters including criminal defence, family transitions such as divorce and custody, real estate transactions, and immigration applications including sponsorships and citizenship.
