About Nancy

Nancy Gaboury has been a member of the Barreau du Québec for more than 25 years, practising mainly in separation, divorce, child custody disputes, and child support. Nancy Gaboury has also developed a solid background in protection of persons, filiation, and private adoption, including matters involving surrogacy, in vitro fertilization, and same-sex parenting. Nancy Gaboury is a member of the Barreau du Québec, the Barreau de Laurentides-Lanaudière, the Association des avocats et avocates en droit familial du Québec, and the Association des gens d'affaires de Blainville.
