About Nancy

Nancy Buchko has practised law full-time in Tofield, Alberta since 1985 and has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1984. With nearly four decades of experience serving the Tofield community and surrounding areas, her practice covers real estate, leasing and mortgage financing, wills, personal directives and enduring powers of attorney, estate succession planning, estate administration, corporate and commercial law, and agricultural law. She does not practise family law, criminal law, or civil litigation.
