About Michel

Michel Jobin joined the firm in June 2022 after more than 35 years practising mainly corporate law, incorporating commercial and professional companies under both Quebec and federal law and drafting documents for tax transactions, mergers, acquisitions, financing and shareholder agreements. He has also practised construction, real estate and general civil law for decades and is a registered trademark agent.
