About Mia
Mia Shinyoung Shin is an articled student at North Road Law. She is also a lawyer in South Korea with extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation and corporate advisory, having represented individual and corporate clients in dispute resolution and advised on corporate contract review and operations at JoWoo Law Firm and Sejuro Law Firm in Incheon. After relocating to Canada she completed a Master of Laws at UBC and is completing her articles to finalize her qualification as a lawyer in Canada. Fluent in Korean and English, she aims to eventually practice across both jurisdictions.
