About Maurice
Maurice E. J. Lambert is retired from active practice at Oval Village Law but continues to provide administrative and advisory services to the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration, was called to the bar in 1974, and practised as a solicitor in Richmond from 1976 to 2019. His clients included prominent businesses and developers, and his experience covers acquisitions, sales, financing, corporate reorganization, shareholders' agreements, real estate development and commercial leasing. He is also a past owner and governor of the Richmond Sockeyes Junior Hockey Club.
