About Matthew

Matthew Giesinger earned a Biological Sciences degree with Honours from the University of Guelph and a Juris Doctor from Queen's University, and studied International Public Law at Herstmonceux Castle in the UK. He was called to the bar in 2010 after articling on obstetrical negligence cases, then practised family law, civil litigation, and criminal law in Belleville, Napanee, and Kingston. He opened his own Barrie firm in 2021.
