About Mark

Mark Epstein has practised law in Vancouver for more than 20 years, handling personal injury, estate litigation, family law, and simple incorporations. He is the son of firm founder Irvine E. Epstein, QC, and is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association, and is named counsel for the American Consulate. He is also the lead lawyer for a number of Employee Assistance Programs across the province. He holds degrees from the University of British Columbia and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in political science, international relations, and art history, and received his law degree (Doctorate in Jurisprudence) from the University of Victoria.
