Dr. Majid Nikouei is the founder and managing lawyer of Nikouei Law, licensed as a barrister and solicitor in both Ontario and Iran. He holds a PhD in Public Law and is a researcher at the University of Toronto, and his practice covers immigration and refugee law, business and corporate law, employment law, and cross-border legal matters.
