About Luce

Luce Bourassa is an experienced family-law avocate and accredited family mediator who has practised in Montréal-Nord since 1999. She handles child and spousal support, family patrimony and matrimonial regimes, child custody and parenting time, and divorce and separation, and helps clients reach compensatory settlements. She also offers family mediation, including free hours for a first separation and reduced free hours for revising an existing agreement. She studied law at the Université de Montréal. Bourassa has served on the board of the Association des avocates et avocats en droit familial du Québec since 2013 and is a member of the Institut de médiation familiale du Québec. She sees clients at her office during business hours and offers evening appointments remotely by videoconference. Her clients come from across east Montreal, the North Shore, Laval, Terrebonne, Joliette, Repentigny, and the South Shore.
