About Kirk

Kirk Beler was born and raised in Southern Alberta and resides in Lethbridge. He has held a variety of positions over his career, including military officer, senior business manager, youth worker, and correctional officer, before practicing law. Kirk formerly practiced with Dimnik & Company in Lethbridge for 11 years prior to opening High Level Law, where his preferred practice areas include residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate, financing, estate planning and administration, incorporations and business law, mediation and arbitration, collaborative law, non-contentious family law, and representation of adults under guardianship. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Calgary in 1991, a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Native Studies from the University of Alberta in 1997, and his LLB from the University of Alberta in 2000. Kirk has served on several Law Society of Alberta committees, including the Family Law Advisory Committee and the Joint Library Committee, and has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 2000.
