About Kevin
Kevin Roussel has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2012 and became an accredited arbitrator in 2019. He practises mainly in corporate law, Indigenous law, employment law and business law, including work with Indigenous communities in northern Quebec. His employment-law work covers drafting and reviewing HR policies and employment contracts, and disciplinary processes and related litigation. In corporate law he prepares board resolutions, minutes and governance documents, and in business law he negotiates and drafts joint-venture and shareholder agreements. His Indigenous law practice covers government agreements, housing financing programs, drafting regulations, and representation before the itinerant court. Roussel is fluent in both French and English.
