About Kathleen

Dufour joined Carter Gourdeau in 2014 and has directed the firm since 2020. She was called to the Barreau du Quebec in 1995. Her practice covers civil and professional liability claims, personal injury matters, hidden defects and construction disputes, real estate litigation, and insurance coverage, representing both claimants and insureds. She is a court-accredited trainer with the Barreau du Quebec and the Chambre de l'assurance de dommages (CHAD) and mentors junior lawyers at the firm. She also leads the firm's personal information protection compliance.
