Karissa leads the firm's corporate and estates team. She is a business lawyer who supports clients through the legal aspects of business planning, from startup to exit. She co-founded Wards Lawyers with Jason Ward after beginning her career at a large Toronto firm and choosing to build a different kind of practice in Lindsay.
