About Jonathan

Jonathan Lamontagne has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2002 and founded his own firm on August 1, 2016. His practice focuses on housing law before the Tribunal administratif du logement, workplace accident and occupational illness claims through the CNESST, and administrative law matters including social assistance appeals, SAAQ, Retraite Québec, IVAC and RAMQ files, as well as general civil law. He sits on the board of directors of the non-profit organization Anti-Pauvreté Mauricie Centre-du-Québec, and his office provides free simplified legal training sessions to community organizations. He accepts legal aid mandates for certain services and offers consultations by videoconference.
