About Jonathan

Jonathan Boivin was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2007 after earning an LL.B. from Université de Montréal. Jonathan Boivin began a legal career with the Direction des poursuites criminelles et pénales (DPCP) before moving into private practice in 2012. Jonathan Boivin's practice centres on criminal law, penal law, and administrative law, and includes appearances before judicial and administrative tribunals at first instance and on appeal, including jury trials.
