He has represented individuals and businesses before all levels of court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and represents professionals facing complaints before their professional regulatory bodies. His practice covers complex family law matters involving property and business valuation disputes, estate litigation (including capacity issues before the Consent and Capacity Board), and civil and commercial litigation involving contract, negligence, and professional negligence claims. He earned his law degree from Queen's University and an Honours B.A. in Political Science (Business Administration Option) from Wilfrid Laurier University, and was called to the bar in 1998.
