About Jessica
Jessica Fuller founded Aspire Family Law and has practiced family law since being called to the bar in both Alberta and Ontario in 2013. Her trial experience covers both criminal and family matters in the Alberta Provincial Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. In 2018 she began offering unbundled, limited-scope services for clients who represent themselves in family court, and in 2020 she completed family mediator training to expand her practice further. She believes clients should be able to choose the services that fit their situation and budget, whether that's drafting court documents, attending mediation, obtaining legal advice, or a full retainer. The firm is based in Pembroke and serves clients throughout the Ottawa Valley, with virtual representation available province-wide.
