About Jeff
Jeff Dutton founded Dutton Employment Law, an employment law practice that represented individuals and companies across Ontario and Canada, with particular focus on matters involving technology, telecom, real estate, and banking employers. In March 2023, Dutton stepped back from the day-to-day practice of law to focus on goHeather, a commercial law legal technology company he founded. The firm was nominated for the Canadian HR Awards' Labour & Employment Law Boutique of the Year in 2019 and for the Canadian HR Reporter's Best Employment and Labour Law Boutique in 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021. Dutton continues to write on Ontario employment law and has been featured in newspapers, magazines, textbooks, trade journals, and on TV and radio.
