About Jason

Jason DiFruscia is an Associate in Harrison Pensa LLP's Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy group, primarily advising and representing creditors, debtors, trustees, and receivers on enforcement of security, priority disputes, and bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. DiFruscia also provides dispute resolution services in the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court for individual, institutional, and small business clients. DiFruscia articled and worked as a summer student at Harrison Pensa from 2018 to 2021 before becoming an associate, and belongs to the Middlesex Law Association.
