About Ivo
Ivo Winter was born and raised in Nova Scotia and studied law in Halifax and Europe. He has more than 30 years of experience as a real estate lawyer and has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions. He served as a long-time member of the Real Estate Standards Committee of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and co-chaired its Real Estate Practice Task Force and Qualifications Committee. He was also Regional Director and Director of Commercial Business Development for First Canadian Title, represented the region on the Canadian Bar Association's Bar Council, and served as a federal prosecutor, Small Claims Court adjudicator, and Vice Chair of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board.
