About Ivana

Ivana Bozinovic is a partner at Richards Advocacy who has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Bozinovic conducts external workplace investigations into complaints of harassment, discrimination, and sexual and gender-based violence for companies, universities, and camp organizations across Canada. Bozinovic holds an AWI Certificate in Investigations and sits on the Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner's roster of independent investigators, and is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators.
