About Iurie

Iurie Lungu practises in immigration law and various types of commercial agreements and transactions, corporate governance, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Lungu worked for several boutique law firms as a business and immigration lawyer after being called to the Quebec Bar, and also has earlier legal experience as a lawyer and trademark agent in Europe. Lungu obtained a first civil law degree in Moldova, a master's degree in law at Duke University, and then pursued further legal studies at the Université de Montréal, obtaining both civil and common law degrees there. Lungu is fluent in English, French and Russian.
