About Iain

Iain Cameron began working as a licensed independent insurance adjuster in a family-run business, spending several years investigating and adjusting claims for major insurance companies across Western Canada, and gained experience as a court-qualified expert in valuation, appraisal, and damage assessment. That background now informs Cameron's personal injury practice, where Cameron has acted as lead counsel in several multi-vehicle claims. Cameron also practices corporate law, drawing on experience managing several businesses before starting the firm, and has worked in criminal defence and estate matters. Cameron's practice is concentrated in litigation, with appearances at all levels of court in Alberta and a number of precedent-setting cases. Cameron holds a BA and LLB from the University of Alberta (1990, History and Classics) and belongs to the Law Society of Alberta, the Edmonton Bar Association, and the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, and is a past associate of the Insurance Institute of Alberta.
