Harpreet K. Hans has been a partner with Gunding & Hans LLP since 2007, focusing her practice on residential and commercial real estate and private mortgage transactions. She holds a degree from the Schulich School of Business and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, both at York University, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2001. She articled and then worked as an associate at Kelly Affleck Greene in Toronto before joining Gunding & Hans in Milton as a partner.
