George Tsakalis specializes in insurance defence litigation and joined Black Sutherland as a partner in June 2023. He previously served as a member of the Social Security Tribunal of Canada, deciding cases under the Canada Pension Plan, the Old Age Security Act, and the Charter, and also holds an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
