About Gagan

Gagan Lamba is the founder and principal lawyer of Lamba Law. He earned his JD at Queen's University Faculty of Law and an Honours BBA (Co-op) at Wilfrid Laurier University, and was called to the bar by the Law Society of Ontario. Before founding Lamba Law in 2024, he practised as a corporate associate at a Bay Street firm, advising on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions, and completed a secondment at Manulife Investment Management. He earlier worked in automotive finance at Scotiabank and fixed income derivatives at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Gagan's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, business transactions, franchise law, and startups, serving businesses across the Greater Toronto Area from his Mississauga office.
