Pilon has practised in civil and commercial litigation since the start of his career, regularly handling commercial contracts, estates, real estate, civil liability, construction and boundary disputes. He advises and represents businesses and individuals before provincial and federal courts and administrative tribunals, and serves as secretary of the Societe protectrice des animaux de la Mauricie.
