About Eshan
Eshan Dhillon is a criminal defence lawyer and the founder of Fight My DUI, a Brampton firm dedicated exclusively to impaired driving defence. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Appeal bar, and he grew up in Brampton, where he now practises. Dhillon built the firm around a narrow focus on DUI law, arguing that its Charter issues, roadside procedures, and scientific evidence demand specialized, ongoing attention rather than a general criminal practice.
