About Erik

Erik Homenick is the founder of Homenick Law and practises transactional law across Atlantic Canada, handling mergers and acquisitions, farm and land transactions, commercial real estate, and small business share and asset sales. He leads deals for entrepreneurs, family businesses, and growing companies from structuring through closing, and advises on succession planning and corporate governance. Homenick also advises clients on environmental and climate-related considerations affecting transactions, development, and land use. He serves on the Canadian Bar Association's Environmental, Energy & Resource Law Section and founded and chairs the Law Society of New Brunswick's Climate Change Task Force.
