About Eric

Eric Vallillee is the managing lawyer at Vallillee Family Lawyers, practising family law, divorce, and child protection matters in London, Ontario. Vallillee is also an agent for the Children's Lawyer for Ontario, acting as children's counsel in both CAS matters and domestic family court. Vallillee completed an undergraduate degree in legal studies and history in 2012 and a Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2015, working for the Canadian Legal Information Institute and a community legal clinic during law school. Vallillee later worked as a criminal duty counsel lawyer and in family law before opening this practice. Vallillee's legal writing has been cited by the Alberta Court of Appeal, in facta submitted to the Supreme Court of Canada, and by the Law Commission of New Zealand, and Vallillee currently teaches Children's Law at Western University's Faculty of Law.
