Éric Gagnon holds an LL.B. from Université Laval and has practised mainly in civil law and business law for more than 30 years. Éric Gagnon has developed expertise in latent defects, civil liability, estates law, and real estate litigation such as rights of way, and has pleaded significant cases before Quebec and Canadian courts. Éric Gagnon has negotiated and formalized a number of major commercial transactions and also advises on labour relations matters, including dismissals. Éric Gagnon has served on the Barreau du Québec's fee arbitration council and chaired the Barreau du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean's continuing education committee, alongside a range of community board involvements.
