Emilie Lauzon has practiced as a notaire for more than ten years, having worked in real estate, wills and protection mandates, estates, and non-contentious proceedings before choosing to focus exclusively on wills and protection mandates. She also teaches law at the college level. Her practice emphasizes a personalized, unhurried approach, offering an initial information meeting by videoconference (using a platform approved by the Chambre des notaires) or in person, followed by a signing appointment at her Gatineau office. Notarized wills prepared through her practice are registered with the Chambre des notaires du Québec's register of testamentary dispositions and protection mandates.
