About Émilie

Émilie Genest has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2017 and holds a law degree from the Université d'Ottawa. She began her career at Fradette & Le Bel, where she built experience in criminal and penal law, including participating in a jury trial and arguing before the Supreme Court. She now practices criminal and penal law, youth protection, youth criminal justice, and CNESST-related administrative matters.
