About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Ferris opened Elizabeth Ferris Law, a criminal defence practice in London, Ontario, in early 2014. Ferris graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy, then earned a law degree from the University of Western Ontario Law Faculty. While at Western Law, Ferris was an active member of the student legal aid clinic, Community Legal Services, completing articles there and continuing on as Review Counsel in a teaching and supervisory role. During that time, Ferris worked on files in criminal, human rights, and housing matters. Since opening the practice with a focus on criminal defence in early 2014, Ferris has represented individuals charged with criminal offences across Southwestern Ontario. Ferris also offers notary and commissioner of oaths services, and takes on agency and contract work for other lawyers, including legal research and appearing as agent counsel in London and surrounding jurisdictions.
