About Edwin
Hooker's practice covers municipal law, real estate, and business law, along with wills, trusts, and estate planning. He advises local municipalities, land developers, and electrical distributors within Essex County, and appears before local committees of adjustment and municipal councils, as well as tribunals including the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Environmental Review Tribunal, and the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal. In real estate, he acts for clients on the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of properties, including private mortgage financing for both borrowers and lenders. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1994 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1996.
