About Eddie

Eddie H. Kadri is an immigration lawyer and the founder of Kadri Law in Windsor, Ontario. He earned his law degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and has practiced immigration and business law in Ontario for more than 20 years. The Law Society of Ontario has certified him as a specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law. His practice concentrates on business immigration matters, including work permits, intra-company transfers, and NAFTA/USMCA-based applications. He represented a group of international students in a Federal Court judicial review over denied post-graduate work permits, a case that led to a settlement with the federal government. Kadri is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Essex County Law Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
