About Devumini

Devumini Caldera is CILF's Practice Manager and Case Analyst, supporting temporary and permanent residence applications and managing complex, high-volume caseloads. She previously worked with the High Commission of Canada in Colombo and now oversees case workflows, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates communication between clients and counsel. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights and Social Justice from Thompson Rivers University, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
