About Delphine

Delphine Soukpraseuth is a bilingual lawyer practising employment and occupational health and safety law exclusively for employers, pleading before administrative and civil tribunals, drafting legal opinions, and negotiating collective agreements. She also acts as an investigating lawyer in psychological harassment complaints and practises economic immigration law, helping employers recruit temporary foreign workers. She was a member of the Paris Bar from 2012 to 2020, practising labour law in France for five years.
