About David
David Midanik has practised criminal and constitutional law since being called to the Ontario bar in 1978, after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1976. He was also called to the Alberta bar in 1980 and has argued more than 150 reported cases, including 65 involving the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
