About David

David Greenberg is the managing partner of Greenberg & Greenberg. He graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School in 1966 and returned home to practice in partnership with his father, I. H. Greenberg, Q.C., initially assisting with the real estate practice. He later focused on business law, including corporation organization, buying and selling businesses, business reorganization, succession planning, wills, and powers of attorney, along with probate and estate administration. He has also been active in the Portage la Prairie community, including reorganizing the legal structure of the Portage Curling Club and co-chairing a local beautification initiative through the Chamber of Commerce.
