David Ghavitian is the managing partner of DG Avocat Inc., a Montreal real estate law firm with more than 15 years of experience. He advises property developers, landlords and managers on real estate transactions, financing, leasing and litigation, working to resolve disputes efficiently and protect clients' investments. His recent work includes acting for real estate developers and investor groups on the purchase and financing of commercial property, refinancing of commercial land, and the acquisition and sale-leaseback of industrial and office buildings, in transactions involving lenders such as First National Financial, CIBC and Export Development Canada.
