About David

David is the founding lawyer of Hillside Law Inc. and was born and raised in Penticton. He earned his Bachelor of Laws with Honours at Bond University in Queensland, Australia, then completed his Canadian equivalency at the University of British Columbia. He has practised general civil litigation in Penticton since 1998, with a particular focus on personal injury, family law and employment law, and has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia in both judge-alone and jury trials. In 2011 he and his wife Monika started the firm together.
