About Danielle
Danielle Talbot brings a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to her family law practice. Before joining JJ Integrative Family Law, she practised family and criminal law at a boutique Toronto firm, focusing on high-conflict parenting matters for clients also facing criminal charges. Before law school she worked with youth and families in crisis at shelters, gaining experience supporting people affected by domestic violence, addiction, and mental health challenges. She graduated with distinction from Windsor Law while concurrently completing a Master of Social Work, competed in the Walsh Family Law Moot, and won first place in the Walsh Family Law Negotiation. She served as President of the Family Law Society, worked as a caseworker with Windsor Community Legal Aid Clinic, and authored a domestic violence policy used in the Family Justice Center's lawyer handbook.
