Dale is a video game lawyer licensed in Ontario and California, working with game studios, founders, and freelancers on IP, corporate, and contract matters. He earned an LL.B. (J.D.) from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 and articled at Borden & Elliot before building a technology law practice. He signed his first video game client in 2007 and rebranded his practice around the industry in 2021.
