About Cindy

Cindy Ouellet has practiced law since 2001. Originally from the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, she completed her law degree at Université Laval and has lived in the Quebec City area since. She practices civil, commercial, and matrimonial law, working with both individuals and businesses, and is known for strong listening and analytical skills on complex files. Before joining Bernier Beaudry, Ouellet worked for many years in private practice in the Quebec City region and for a government-mandated organization.
