About Christopher
Christopher Stienburg is the founder and principal of Stienburg Law, a civil litigation practice in downtown Toronto. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2014, later working as an associate at Hodder Barristers from 2015 to 2019 before founding his own firm. His litigation practice covers estates and elder abuse disputes, employment matters, academic appeals and discipline, commercial and contractual disputes, personal injury, and real estate litigation. He was lead counsel, alongside co-counsel Selwyn A. Pieters, for the appellant in Lam v. University of Western Ontario, 2019 ONCA 82, a Court of Appeal decision on contracts between students and universities, and he has also appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada.
